The Shining Wolf Brotherhood Circle, now led by
John Thunderwolf, is a place where men gather to celebrate the qualities and gifts of the masculine and study the patriarchal teachings of the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path. In today's society, where gender
roles are increasingly blurred, the Brotherhood Circle offers an opportunity for men to come to a new understanding of the difficulties that many of them have faced in their lives at this time. It is a
gathering that welcomes all men over the age of eighteen, to join with their brothers, share life experiences, explore a shamanic perspective on spirituality and maleness, and learn together. Through the teachings
and ceremonies they can begin to heal the wounds of the past and find new vision or dreams for the future.
Meetings run for about 3 hours starting at 7:30 pm and often include a Purification Lodge ceremony.
